Required skills end expertise:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (managing team experience will be a plus);
- Solid expertise in at least one of the digital marketing areas ( PPC, SEO, Content, etс);
- Proven strategic experience designing and delivering impactful marketing solutions;
- Experience with analytics tools: GA, Google Data Studio (Would be a plus: Tableu, Power BI);
- Previous experience of promoting new products (play to earn strategy) and remarketing;
- Advanced English skills, both spoken and written;
- Team Player: You are highly collaborative and can lead across functions and in matrixed organizations;
- Creativity: You thrive in an environment without a set playbook and are excited to build a scalable, high-impact marketing program;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Highly organised.
Would be a plus:
- Interest in the gaming sphere, Blockchain, ICO would be a plus;
- Experience in launching monetization and gamification strategies will be a plus.
- Developing digital marketing strategy by studying industry trends indicators, identifying customer profiles and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition with a constant benchmarking analysis;
- Collecting and analyzing ads performance (ROI, CPC, CTR);
- Evaluating market trends and offering new creative marketing solutions;
- Analyzing the results of work, making suggestions for improvement;
- Overseeing market research incl. competition analysis, market segmentation, segment sizing, players positioning, etc.;
- Develop a yearly budget for the marketing team;
- Ownership and development of brand, tone of voice and messaging across all channels;
- Communicate the brand identity with the team;
- Sift through marketing data to find the important trends;
- Create marketing reports to show to executives.
